Job summary

Life Unlimited, Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional to aid individuals in daily living, community integration, and personal development. You will work under the Team Supervisor to deliver person-centered support, follow ISP/BSP plans, and promote dignity and independence.

The role includes medication administration, documentation, health/safety responsibilities, and engagement in activities that foster skills and community participation. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Must communicate effectively in English, both written and oral.
• Must obtain a Class E driver's license during new hire orientation and carry minimum auto insurance.
• Must not have disqualifying felony convictions; must meet state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered daily living support per ISP and BSP as needed.
• administer and document medications and monitor self-medication per guidelines.
• Ensure health, safety and privacy; attend medical appointments with team supervisor.
• Input, access, modify, or output information using computers or mobile devices; maintain records.
