Job Support Professionals work with people with disabilities at their job site to provide skills training with job tasks and interpersonal skills necessary to acquire and maintain community employment.

• Assist with job skill development through positive reinforcement and encourage independence by prompting and redirecting.
• Advocate to promote inclusion, encourage attitudes and behaviors that enhance community inclusion .
• Promote Physical and Emotional Well-being
