Job summary

In Good Company Care and Supports seeks compassionate Direct Support Professionals to provide home- and community-based support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across New Jersey. Roles available as full-time and part-time positions.

You will help with daily living tasks, personal care, meals, and community activities while following care plans. Training, background checks, and necessary certifications are provided by the company to ensure safe, person-centered

Qualifications

• Experience with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities preferred, but training is provided.
• Patient, compassionate, and dependable.
• Strong communication skills and good judgment.
• Comfortable with personal care tasks.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to pass background checks and complete DDD-mandated training (CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration, etc. - provided by the company).
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

In Good Company Care and Supports provides home- and community-based support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout New Jersey. We're looking for compassionate, reliable Direct Support Professionals to join our team - both full-time and part-time positions available.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct, hands-on support to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in their homes and communities
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
• Support individuals in community activities, appointments, and outings
• Follow individualized care plans and behavior support plans as directed
