Job summary

Alay Home Care in New Jersey seeks DSPs and Caregivers to provide direct care, behavioral support, and community-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Work location is in person across New Jersey, with full-time or part-time roles and hourly pay between $21.40 and $30.00. Competitive benefits include medical, dental, vision, and PTO. Training provided through the College of Direct Support or equivalent.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or higher)
• At Least 18 Years of Age
• CPR & First Aid Certification
• Ability to Pass Background Checks and Required DDD Clearances
• Valid Driver’s License, Reliable Transportation, and Acceptable Driving Record
• Experience in Behavioral Health, Caregiving, or Direct Support is Strongly Preferred
