Job summary

Alay Home Care in New Jersey is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Caregivers to provide direct care, behavioral support, and community-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities throughout New Jersey.

Pay ranges from $21.40 to $30.00 per hour, with full-time or part-time opportunities. In-person work location, responsibilities include ADLs, community integration, medication administration, and transportation to activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or higher).
• At Least 18 Years of Age.
• CPR & First Aid Certification from an approved provider.
• Ability to Pass Background Checks and Required DDD Clearances.
• Valid Driver’s License, Reliable Transportation, and Acceptable Driving Record.
• Experience in Behavioral Health, Caregiving, or Direct Support is Strongly Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Community integration and companionship.
• Behavioral support and mentorship.
• Medication administration.
• Transportation to community activities.
