Job summary

Alay Home Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide direct care, behavioral support, and community-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities (DDD) throughout New Jersey.

Starting Pay: $21.40 per hour. Work Location: In person. Benefits include medical, dental & vision insurance, paid time off and sick leave. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, CPR/First Aid, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Direct care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Community integration and companionship.
• Behavioral support and mentorship.
• Medication administration.
• Transportation to community activities.
