Job summary

Alay Home Care in New Jersey is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Caregivers to provide direct care, behavioral support, and community-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Join our in-person team and help with ADLs, community activities, medication administration, and transportation. Competitive pay from $21.40 to $30.00 per hour, plus benefits, training, and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or higher).
• At least 18 years of age.
• CPR & First Aid Certification from an approved provider.
• Ability to pass background checks and required DDD clearances.
• Valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.
• Experience in Behavioral Health, Caregiving, or Direct Support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Community integration and companionship.
• Behavioral support and mentorship.
• Medication administration.
• Transportation to community activities.
