• Must be 18+ years old.
• 6 months experience with individuals with mental health diagnoses or developmental disabilities.
• Must have valid driver's license and HS diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Provide a safe, healthy, and clean living environment.
• Perform housekeeping duties as needed.
• Assist with daily living tasks such as shopping and personal care.
• Observe changes in condition and report appropriately.
• Contribute to development of the Treatment Plan.
