Job summary

Community Services Group (CSG) is hiring Direct Care Workers in Harrisburg, PA, including DSP, CNA, and related roles. Openings exist for full-time, part-time, and flexible shifts across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. New hires receive a 2-week paid orientation at Mountville, Williamsport, or Bethlehem locations.

The Base rate starts at $17/hr with potential earnings up to $21/hr depending on location and shift; benefits include health and other perks as described in the listing.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle to attend trainings, meetings, and transport individuals to appointments.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships to promote emotional, physical and personal well-being.
• Assist adults with life skills including cooking, housekeeping, money management and personal hygiene.
• Support individuals' preferences and ensure their interests are honored.
• Help individuals engage in homes and communities to promote independence and integration.
• Provide guidance and role modeling to help individuals reach goals for greater independence.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely in electronic health records.
