Job summary

Dungarvin is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide compassionate, hands-on care to individuals with developmental and physical disabilities. You will support daily living activities, document care plans, and help residents maintain independence with respect and dignity.

We offer paid training, flexible schedules and a comprehensive benefits package. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are often required for regional or field assignments.

Qualifications

Minimum 18 years of age.
High school diploma/GED preferred.
Ability to document care and follow support plans.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance to individuals.
Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve.
Assist with daily living tasks (moving, dressing, bathing, toileting, hygiene).
