Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking Direct Support Professionals to join a collaborative multidisciplinary team in Cape May Court House, NJ. You will support individuals in daily living activities, help with cooking, cleaning, and community participation, and ensure safety and well-being during day programming.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and being 18 or older.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to attend paid onsite orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living skills including cooking, cleaning, and shopping.
• Supervise, coach, and assist individuals in achieving daily living goals.
• Plan and participate in community-based jobs, volunteer opportunities, and outings.
• Schedule and transport individuals to and from the day program.
