Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Standard driver’s license – class C or D – 3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Student Care & Support: ensure all essential student needs are met each shift in accordance with program standards.
• Model and reinforce positive behavioral, social, and daily living skills.
• Support students’ emotional growth, self-regulation, and social development using trauma-informed practices.
• Provide daily structure & supervision to ensure safety and participation in activities.
• Lead structured recreational and skill-building activities and group programming.
• Document all required notes and incident reports accurately and on time.
