The ideal DSP will respect his independence while providing encouragement and support when needed. He enjoys community outings, including going out to eat and celebrating special occasions such as holidays and birthdays. Staff will help support his goals by promoting self-sufficiency, decision-making, positive relationships, and meaningful involvement in the community.
