  • Primary Schedule: Monday – Friday 4:00 PM–8:00 PM|Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
  • Flexibility: Opportunities for additional fill-in and weekend shifts based on individual needs and scheduling.
Meet the Individual You Will Support

You will support a school-age child located in Siloam Springs, AR who benefits from patient, consistent, and encouraging support. They enjoy spending time outdoors and do best with structured routines, positive reinforcement, and a calm environment.

The ideal DSP will provide support by:

  • Using visual schedules, reassurance, and gentle redirection to help with transitions and new situations
  • Providing close supervision to promote safety and well-being
  • Supporting emotional regulation by remaining calm and using positive strategies during moments of frustration or overwhelm
  • Assisting with seizure monitoring, medication support, and daily living skills
  • Encouraging independence while providing the level of support needed throughout the day

A successful DSP will be attentive, compassionate, and committed to creating a supportive environment where the individual feels safe, respected, and encouraged to participate in activities they enjoy.
