Job summary

Supports seeks a compassionate direct support professional to assist a calm individual in Rogers, AR. You will help with mobility, personal care, and daily living tasks, ensuring dignity, safety, and engagement in meaningful activities.

Primary schedule Tue–Thu 4:00 PM–8:00 PM with opportunities for additional fill-ins and weekend shifts according to scheduling needs, in a home and community-based setting, with training and team support.

Qualifications

• Ability to assist with mobility and daily living tasks.
• Provide personal care and support with dignity and respect.
• Must pass background checks and screenings.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Need to Succeed (Qualifications)

• Age: Must be 18 years or older.


• Education: High school diploma, GED, or 1 year of relevant experience.


• Clearances: Ability to pass all required background checks and screenings.


• Mobility: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (essential for community outings).


• Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends or fill-in shifts as needed.

Working Conditions

• Work is performed in the individual's home, community settings, and agency sites.


• Position requires standing, walking, driving, and assisting with personal care.
