Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation is seeking Direct Support Professionals I for Home-Based Therapeutic Services to work in home and community settings with children aged 3 to 21. You will provide specialized intensive direct support, model behavior, and train families in social and safety skills.

Part-time schedule is Monday through Thursday from 3 pm to 6 pm, with a $24.00/hour pay and a sign-on bonus up to $1,000. Full-time benefits include health insurance, retirement match, student loan assistance, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license – class C or D1 – 3 years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral therapy to individuals ages 3 to 21, including role modeling and training to parents and families.
• Support the child and family by promoting individualized, person-centered, service delivery which meets all identified needs of the child and family.
• Provide assistance with self-help and self-care and teach social and safety skills when applicable.
• Ongoing communication and data reporting to clinicians and coordinators regarding the approved program.
• Duties vary based on the specific needs of each child.
