Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation seeks a Direct Support Professional I to provide in-home behavioral therapy and support for children ages 3 to 21. You will work weekday evenings (3:30 PM–6:30 PM) in home and community settings, promoting social, communication and safety skills while collaborating with licensed professionals and families.

Ideal candidates include students or caregivers with a background in childcare or CNA roles, with a compassionate, dependable approach and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/HiSET required.
• Standard driver’s license – class C or D1.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral therapy to individuals ages 3 to 21, including role modeling and training to parents and families.
• Support the child and family by promoting individualized, person-centered service delivery.
• Ongoing communication and data reporting to clinicians and coordinators regarding the approved program.

Direct Support Professional I - HBTSPay: $24.00/hourSchedule: Monday through Friday from 330 pm to 630 pmUp to $1000 New Hire Sign-on BonusHome-Based Therapeutic Services (HBTS) workers provide specialized intensive direct support services for children with a wide range of disabilities living at home. Working collaboratively with a licensed health care professional and family members, services are provided in the home and community in age-appropriate settings with the intent of developing social skills, communication, and positive behavior.
