Job summary

Continuum of Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals I in Southington, Connecticut. In this role, you will provide vital assistance to individuals with Intellectual Disabilities, enabling them to live independently and engage within their community.

You will establish rapport with clients, help with personal care, and support their participation in social activities. The ideal candidates will have a background in human services, hold a valid Connecticut driver's license, and be available for evening and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associates preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent with relevant experience is acceptable.
• Valid Connecticut Driver’s license with clean driving record required.
• Certification as a Direct Support Professional preferred.

Responsibilities
