Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 5+ years of verified experience in the same position required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with people with developmental or psychiatric disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and assist people in our services with skills training.
• Create opportunities and provide support to develop skills and foster independence.
• Administer medications according to MAP regulations.

Skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

Computer literacy including Microsoft products

Ability to drive a large and/or wheelchair van

Education

High school diploma or GED

5+ years experience in similar position

1 year experience with people with disabilities
