Job summary

Catholic Charities Family and Community Services (CCFCS) is hiring for per diem/relief DSP II roles in our residential program for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.

You will provide person-centered supports, assist with health and wellness, meals, transportation, and daily living activities while ensuring a trauma-informed care environment and collaboration with staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Possesses a valid NY State Driver’s License; driving record acceptable.
• AMAP Certification required for DSP II.
• At least 1 year of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered support to individuals in residential setting.
• Assist with health, wellness, meals, and transportation.
• Schedule medical appointments and document pertinent information.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in living environment.
• Ensure staff-to-client ratios and effective shift handoffs.
