United Disability Services is hiring a Direct Support Professional I in Akron, OH. You will be involved in instruction, training, and supervision of the individuals served, assisting with personal care to support community inclusion.

Qualifications

• Must pass a Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI), physical and drug screen

We are looking for Direct Support Professionals to join our team. As a DSP, you will fulfill an instructor/trainer role and be directly involved in the instruction, training, and supervision of the individuals served, while assisting with personal care as needed. You will be helping the individuals served to learn and develop the skills needed to be included in the community.
