Friendship Community Care, Inc. in Paris, AR is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join an interdisciplinary team delivering high-quality care in home and community settings.

You will assist clients with daily living activities, provide transportation, and help implement each client’s plan of care with careful documentation. The role is full-time, day shift, requiring a HS diploma or GED and a valid Arkansas driver’s license.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two+ years of experience working with developmentally disabled individuals.
• Valid Arkansas driver’s license required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with basic living skills and daily personal tasks (showers, dressing, housekeeping, meals, budgeting).
• Provide transportation to activities and appointments as needed.
• Maintain communication through logs, meetings, and required documentation.
• Complete behavioral, incident, and progress reports and other required forms.
• Follow medication management guidelines and document procedures.
• Organize and supervise recreational activities for clients.
• Model professional behavior and adhere to dress code and mission values.
• Assist in vehicle and facility maintenance and safety responsibilities.
