Qualifications

• Be empathetic and have a team approach to care for our individuals.
• Have a minimum of a High School Diploma/GED.
• Be 18 years of age or older (required).
• Be able to attend ten days of paid onsite orientation on weekdays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure individuals are safe and healthy while attending day program.
• Supervise, coach, and assist individuals in daily living skills.
• Supervise planning, implementation, and documentation of programs.
• Plan and participate in community-based jobs, volunteer opportunities, and outings.
• Schedule and transport individuals to and from day program.
