Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking Direct Support Professionals in Williamstown, NJ. The role supports individuals in daily living skills within a multidisciplinary team. The ASCEND program offers tuition reimbursement and loan repayment to advance your education and career.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid non-provisional driver’s license.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ten days of paid onsite orientation on weekdays.
• Empathetic with a team approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Ensure individuals are safe and healthy during the day program.
• Supervise, coach, and assist individuals in daily living skills.
• Plan, implement and document programs for social, emotional, physical and personal needs.
• Plan and participate in community-based jobs, volunteer opportunities, and outings.
• Schedule and transport individuals to and from the day program.
