Bancroft is hiring Direct Support Professionals for the 2nd shift in the Marlton, NJ area. You will empower adults with developmental disabilities to live more independently and participate in daily living skills with personalized plans.

In this full-time DSP role you’ll join a caring team, collaborate with residents, families and guardians, and contribute to meaningful daily activities within our Adult Residential North program.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Work well in teams and willing to learn new skills.
• Weekend availability required.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.
