Job summary

Bancroft is hiring Direct Support Professionals for our Adult Residential North program in Cherry Hill, NJ. The DSP helps individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live their best life, empowering daily skills and independence.

We seek compassionate team members willing to work weekends, with a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license. Experience with developmental disabilities is preferred; benefits and career growth await at Bancroft.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Teamwork and willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability and willingness to work weekends.
• Current driver's license in good standing.
• Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor's degree.
• Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Empower residents to develop skills for daily life.
• Encourage independence through personalized plans of care.
• Plan events and outings to build the Bancroft community.
