Job summary

Bancroft is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) for the Adult Residential North program in Cherry Hill, NJ. This part-time role supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them achieve daily living skills and personal growth.

Shift coverage includes Sundays and Mondays with additional Tuesday hours. The DSP will work in a team-based environment, focusing on safety, respect, and empowerment while building meaningful community connections.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Able to work in a team and learn new skills.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.
• Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• Preferred: Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
