Job summary

Divine Homes Healthcare Services, LLC is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. You will help individuals achieve greater independence by assisting with daily living activities, community participation, and personal goals while ensuring health, safety, and well-being.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Previous DSP, caregiver, or healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
