Job summary

Divine Harmony is seeking Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in leading safe, meaningful, and more independent lives.

You will support daily living activities, monitor safety, accompany to appointments, and maintain documentation while following person-centered plans. Flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, are available.

Qualifications

• Must be dependable, patient, respectful, and compassionate.
• Ability to pass required background checks.
• Completion of required training and certifications.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.
• Previous caregiving or DSP experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be willing to work assigned shifts, including evenings and weekends when needed.
