Job summary

Visiting Angels of Central Maryland is hiring in-home caregivers (CNA I/II or personal caregiving experience) to provide one-on-one support in clients' homes across Maryland. Starting pay is $18/hour with overtime opportunities up to $25/hour and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• 6+ months caregiving experience or family caregiving experience or active CNA I/II certification
• Valid driver’s license and insured personal vehicle
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Current CPR certification
• Current negative TB test results

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting/incontinence care, meal prep, medication reminders, laundry, and light housekeeping)
• Provide companionship and meaningful, respectful conversation
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Demonstrate kindness, professionalism, and reliability on every shift
• Communicate clearly with clients, families, and agency staff
