Job summary

Visiting Angels of Central Maryland is seeking in-home caregivers to provide compassionate, one-on-one support for seniors in clients’ homes across the Baltimore area. Immediate openings with part-time and full-time shifts are available.

Prior CNA I/II certification or current caregiving experience is welcome; drivers with insured vehicles are preferred. Starting pay is $18/hour with overtime opportunities (short shifts up to $25/hour).

Qualifications

• 6+ months caregiving experience or active CNA I/II certification
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Current CPR certification
• Current TB test results

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, meal prep, reminders, light housekeeping)
• Provide companionship and meaningful conversations
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment
• Demonstrate kindness, professionalism, and reliability on every shift
• Communicate clearly with clients, families, and agency staff
