Community Options For Residential Jamestown, ND is seeking an entry-level caregiver to work with the individuals we support, helping with daily living tasks and transportation to improve quality of life.

Applicants must be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, access to a mobile phone, a valid driver's license, and CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain during training); background checks will be completed. This role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for growth.

The hourly wage for this position is $17.34 - $20.40 an hour, depending on experience (DOE).

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Access to working mobile phone (iPhone/ Android)
• CPR and First Aid certified, or ability to obtain successfully during new hire training period.
• A valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance for the vehicle subject to the statute of the licensing state and the ability to travel based on operational and clientele needs.
• Successfully pass a criminal background check, to include Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), drug screening, and ND Department of Human Service (DHS) pre-employment approval.
• Successfully complete required training and/or certification within specified time frame; time requirements will vary based on assigned training or certification programs.

Must possess certain basic skills, including the ability to:

Work Environment: Employees work in indoor and/or outdoor environments, i.e., office, home, or community setting. Employees are required to operate a motor vehicle and travel as deemed necessary. Assigned work shifts and locations will vary depending on the customers’ and/ or agency needs.
