Job summary

DABS, Inc. is seeking dedicated Direct Support Professionals to help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities live more independently.

You’ll assist with daily activities, accompany clients on community outings, and document changes in health and behavior as part of a supportive care team. We offer full- and part-time roles with day, evening and overnight shifts, paid sick leave, mileage reimbursement, and ongoing training to help you grow.

Qualifications

• Caring and compassionate approach to supporting adults with disabilities.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Must be willing to undergo state and federal fingerprint background checks.
• CPR certification and TB test; assistance to obtain if needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities and personal hygiene tasks.
• Take clients on community outings, appointments, or leisure activities.
• Track and document health and behavior changes to support care.
• Assist with medication reminders or administration when needed.
• Collaborate with a care team to provide comprehensive support.
