Job summary

Modern Support Services is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team across LA and Orange Counties in California. The role involves supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, mentoring, guiding, and advocating for clients in a community setting.

Qualifications

• Good Judgment & Problem-Solving skills.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
• A passion for helping others and the willingness to learn and grow within the role.
• Be 21+ years old.
• Have reliable transportation and a valid CA Driver's License.
• Must pass a background check.
• Previous experience in human services is a plus.
