Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC in Fayetteville, NC is hiring Direct Support Professionals (Caregiver/DSP) to provide in-community support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental health or substance use challenges.

You will help with daily living, safety, person-centered goals, health procedures, and data collection, working with a dedicated team across shifts, with multiple schedules available and opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs and perform required physical tasks.
