Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years or older.
• Preferred: Minimum 6 months experience working with the I/DD community or 1 year caregiving/related experience.
• Must be able to pass criminal background check.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle if transportation duties apply.

• Build a supportive, person-centered relationship with individuals.
• Assist with daily living activities as required.
• Facilitate community participation and plan activities.
• Identify and report any incidents or changes in health or behavior.
