Kindly is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide one-on-one support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in homes and communities across New Jersey and Pennsylvania. You will help individuals develop life skills, increase independence, and build meaningful connections through personalized plans.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass all required background checks and screenings.
• Ability to complete required training and certification requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.

Aufgaben

• Community Integration & Independence: participate in community activities, build friendships, encourage self-advocacy, pursue personal goals, support religious/cultural activities.
• Daily Living Skills: assist with meals, organization, budgeting, and transportation to activities.
• Personal Care & Health Support: assist with personal care, observe health changes, follow support plans, assist with medications, maintain safety.
• Documentation & Compliance: complete service documentation, track progress, use electronic systems, comply with policies and HIPAA.
• Team Collaboration: communicate with supervisors and care team, participate in trainings, demonstrate professionalism.
