Job summary

Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide caregiving and daily living support in our Residential Group Homes in Sharpsville and West Middlesex PA. We offer full-time and part-time roles with flexible schedules and weekly pay.

You will assist with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support, helping residents live as independently as possible. Paid onboarding, growth opportunities, and a $1000 signing bonus are included for eligible hours.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass criminal record checks and healthcare registry checks
• Willingness to address personal care needs when necessary
• Experience with individuals with disabilities not required; paid training provided

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships and support individuals in achieving personal goals
• Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation and hygiene
• Support individuals in community participation and social activities
• Use adaptive tools to aid learning and communication
• Encourage independence and help individuals develop new skills
• Monitor health and safety while maintaining a supportive environment
• Complete documentation and maintain schedules
• Complete ongoing training and professional development
