Job summary

Infinity Healthcare Services in New Jersey is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide direct care and support to individuals in their homes. The DSP assists clients with daily living activities and implements individualized service plans to ensure health, safety, and well-being.

Key duties include personal care, meal preparation, community engagement, documentation, and collaboration with families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, meal preparation, and household support.
• Support clients in community engagement and social activities.
• Implement and document individualized service plans.
• Administer medications if required (must be certified and trained).
• Cooperate with stakeholders and respond to inspections and inquiries.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Communicate with clients, families, and team members.
• Transport individuals as needed (valid driver’s license).
