Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background checks and screenings.
• Ability to complete required trainings and certifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in community activities, recreation, volunteering, and social events.
• Help develop life skills, promote independence, and pursue personal goals.
• Provide transportation to activities and appointments when needed.
• Document progress toward individual goals and maintain compliant records.
• Collaborate with supervisors, families, and care teams.
