Vista Care Recruiting seeks a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Prairie Du Chien, WI. The role offer starts at $16.88–$17.50 per hour with premium pay and a blended rate model.

This full-time/part-time position supports individuals with disabilities in a home-like setting, promoting safety and independence. Responsibilities include daily living support, ISP/BSP implementation, medication administration, and promoting community involvement.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Clear background check.
• Valid driver's license with clean record (if driving).
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs routinely.
• Available to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and meal prep.
• Implement ISP and BSP.
• Administer medications and log daily progress in EHRs.
• Encourage personal choice, community involvement, and recreational activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and positive living environment.
• Assist with personal care tasks and mobility.
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities.
