Job summary

Vista Care is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Neenah, WI to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Pay starts at $16.88–$17.50 per hour depending on schedule, with a base of $15.00 weekdays and $22.50 weekends, under a premium/blended rate model.

This full-time/part-time hourly position offers health benefits, paid training, and opportunities for career growth. Responsibilities include daily living assistance, medication administration, ISP/BSP

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Clear background check (and valid driver’s license with clean record, if driving).
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs routinely and assist individuals with mobility.
• Available to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as needed.
• Preferred: Prior experience in human services, caregiving, or CPI certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and meal prep.
• Implement Individual Service Plans (ISP) and Behavior Support Plans (BSP).
• Administer medications and accurately log daily progress in electronic health records.
• Encourage personal choice, community involvement, and recreational activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and positive living environment.
