Job summary

Integrity Support Solutions is seeking a Direct Support Professional to assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, or mental health challenges. The DSP will foster independence and help with daily living, socialization, and community involvement.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, compassionate, and able to build genuine relationships. Prior DSP or Home Health Aide experience is a plus; strong communication is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Pass Pennsylvania Criminal Background Check and drug test.
• First Aid/CPR certification or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Improve and respect the lives of individuals with disabilities.
• Assist with individual plans and behavioral goals.
• Update daily notes documenting strengths and needs.
• Develop social, behavioral, housekeeping, and daily living skills.
• Support daily living activities including meals and hygiene.
• Encourage participation in recreation and community activities.
