This role requires empathy, reliable transportation, a valid Minnesota driver's license, and strong English communication. A High School Diploma or GED and ability to pass a DHS background check are required; CPR/First Aid is

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Able to pass MN DHS background check.
• General computer skills.
• Reliable transportation with MN license.
• Clear driving record (no recent DUI/DWI).
• Fluent reading, speaking, and writing in English.
• Strong communication skills.
• Working cell phone with internet access.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and behavior support.
• Follow clients' care plans and goals.
• Accompany clients in recreation and activities.
• Implement plans as written and track data daily.
• Promote client independence and community engagement.
• Attend and participate in team meetings as needed.
