Qualifications

• Age 16 or older.

• Help individuals realize personal goals and outcomes.
• Support development of social networks for individuals.
• Assist to maintain family connections.
• Support home, health, and well‑being.
• Help individuals access community resources.
• Assist individuals to direct their services and make informed choices.
• Ensure a safe, abuse‑free environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Advocate for dignity and respectful interactions with supported persons.
