Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful background check and required training.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to work safely and respectfully in clients’ homes.
• Compassion, reliability, and a desire to make a positive impact.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one support with daily living skills (cooking, cleaning, personal care).
