Job summary

Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with IDD in Bayonne, NJ. Starting pay is $23/hour (non-acuity) or $33/hour (acuity) with a $1,000 signing bonus paid in installments after meeting weekly hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on caregiving and daily living support
• Assist with ADLs, meal prep, hygiene, and household tasks
• Support community participation, employment, and social activities
• Use adaptive tools to aid learning and communication
• Monitor health and safety while maintaining a supportive environment
• Complete documentation and maintain schedules
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
