Mentor Community Services, a part of Sevita, is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for full-time evening shifts in Farmington, MO. Starting pay is $18.65/hour with on-demand pay and opportunities for training and advancement.

You will support individuals with daily routines, personal care, and community activities, documenting each shift and following care plans. We value heart, dependability, and adaptability.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older and a high school diploma or GED (or 5 years of documented caregiving experience).
• A valid driver’s license with at least 1 year of driving history, plus a reliable, insured vehicle.
• Pass required background checks.

Responsibilities

• Step in to keep care consistent when the team needs coverage.
• Support each person with daily routines, meals, and personal care.
• Administer medications safely once certified.
• Assist with outings, appointments, and community activities.
• Follow support plans and document each shift accurately.
• Bring a calm, positive presence the people we support can rely on.
