Job summary

ASG Home Care in New Jersey is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide in-home and community-based support. You will work one-on-one with individuals following each person’s ISP to promote independence and daily living skills.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, documentation, and building meaningful relationships. Flexible hours and local NJ cases help you balance work and life while making a difference.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care and meals.
• Support independence and community participation aligned with ISP.
• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team.
• Build meaningful relationships with the individuals you support.
