Job summary

ASG Home Care in New Jersey is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in homes and communities across the state. You will work one-on-one to promote independence and daily living skills per each ISP.

We offer flexible hours with $18–$24 per hour based on experience and case assignment, plus a supportive team and opportunities for growth within a DDD-focused agency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Prior caregiving or human services experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized home and community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation.
• Encourage independence and community participation aligned with each client's ISP.
• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team.
• Build meaningful, consistent relationships with the individuals you support.
